The aftermath: When God leaves (cross posted)

God is gone. Why does God ever feel the need to share at all? I see He spoke out. And He told me not to tell anyone.

God has left for now with a seeming promise that human developments might overcome and still have a good future. Or, so I remember with the positive-beat confirmation numeration this morning with Fleet Foxes, “White Winter Hymnal,” next on my Roon shuffle connected to an external drive. And I lost completely that old friend.

Though I learned a lot, there were things God told me that He said I wasn’t meant to know. Things that I would forget right after He told me, and with a marksman’s deliverance, I did forget with a tearing aggressiveness, but why did God feel the need to share at all?

There were truths that God made me promise not to share at all, but even those secrets I have forgotten already, like scattered tremors that so sought for forgetfulness. Why did God share at all? What I do recall is that God had spent years working with me, interacting in the background, judging, composing, and then days leading up to slowly get that close to me so that I would understand. Now You are in my thoughts. It is most easy to remember that it did not feel possible to speak to God that long without going insane, so I made it stop. It should be noted I did not have that problem in times past, but that was simple conversation, this time was about something. Previous recent times were casual. This was not. Not at all. At least I can say this time I was not judged as times in years past.

If God ever decides to meet with you (and He does meet with seemingly whoever He wants to, He talked about an honor-system-quiet-collective, they are out there), best of fortunate and luck to you. Do not be scared, but do know God will see everything into you. And hope God did not need to give you PTSD just to scare you into a meeting, to speak. I was told to understand I was not supposed to tell anyone I met Him, but God chucked that with His messages published online. He made the event very public.

The new trilogy, The night that God came down, was meant to be loud and in your face. This was not like the so-called PhD Trilogy. That was mostly subconscious, I was just rolling with it, but this new trilogy was rather direct and I have to assume it will not be the last one, as it even states it is the first of many projects. But that could be days or years apart. I am just happy to have my feet on firm ground again. The use of the word “creative” is not sufficient to describe God’s approach to his ability to contain layers and layers in His delivery.

One thing I now know: God told me who His chosen people were. I do not feel like it is my place to announce it. I do not want to be so bold to speak for God. He, however, did not tell me which sub-“religion” of these chosen people was His primary source, just that there was one, but I now know where the sacred land is. I understand God will never be far off. And also, that despite generations of history, I am still very much an imposing settler. That war has never ended. It will not be complete for a long time to come. Or, maybe, if we are lucky, not so long.
