Is God a stalker?

there were several falcons near a sewer
they ate garbage rats and distilled the aches
with fever stamina and coiled atrophy
oh, how God loves her, is He a stalker
I can’t help but try to decide near cliffs
at what point is God being present, near,
and a what point is God a stalker?

“I’m not your type,” God responds
