God is quite casual

Talking to God is not a gift for the single-minded
it will eventually drive you past the baseline experience
God appears as an image in your mind that fills a space in the room
He or She will speak, allowing conversation to flow
you can ask the hard questions
He or She may not want to answer, but, with the proper motivation
God will tell you what you are prepared to hear
and God will tell you some things you did not know you were prepared to hear
God is only “angelic” in the sense that you can see something beyond,
but aside from that, God is quite casual
I have a long history of arguing that we have the right
to demand that God interfere in human affairs for the greater good,
it was the premise of my master’s thesis,
and I did discuss this with God, but God showed me why She or He cannot
interfere, and why that would be unethical
and I understood, God was right
no matter how unjust, God was right
no religions, no faiths, no writings, just my big mouth and my tidy ways
