Cooperation

“cooperation is the fundamental lesson of harmonics,” God said,
as She reached beneath her legs washing dishes in the gutter
“in harmonics.”

“would you believe there was a time when all saw the truth?
would you believe it,” She said, standing up and shaking the dirt from Her dress.
“no, you wouldn’t. how could you believe a thing like that?”

“the truth is all see the truth.
there are only the willfully ignorant and those of the same nature,
predisposed towards patriotism,…and nationalism, it’s all the same thing,” shaking Her hands.

She shook the dust from a towel
and hung it there until morning.
